Anyone else tired of the whole “Friday the 13th” marketing? To me it’s just a cheap way to somehow make the film even more scary. But, let’s be honest. You’re not going to release the week before because Captain America: Civil War will still be raking in the dough and 2 weeks after is X-Men: Apocalypse, so it only makes sense to release it in between. Based off the trailer, I’m not sure if The Darkness is going to be any good. As much as I love Kevin Bacon, I don’t think he can save this film.
